Terms & Conditions

Clear terms,no surprises.

These terms apply to your use of the ArcKode website and to the website design and development services we provide. Please read them before working with us.

01

Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or engaging ArcKode for a project, you agree to these terms. If a written proposal or agreement for your project says something different, that document takes priority for that project.

02

Our services

ArcKode designs and builds websites and related digital solutions, including business websites, e-commerce stores, custom web applications, redesigns, landing pages and ongoing support. We do not sell fixed packages; the scope of each project is agreed with you through discussion.

03

Enquiries, quotes and scope

  • Sending an enquiry does not create a contract.
  • A quote or proposal sets out the pages, features, timeline and cost for your project, and applies once you accept it in writing (a message or email is fine).
  • Work outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages, new features or major changes of direction, may change the cost and timeline. We will tell you before going ahead.
04

What we need from you

  • Provide content, images, logos and other material on time, and make sure you have the right to use them.
  • Give clear, timely feedback and approvals during review stages. Delays on your side can move the delivery date.
  • Keep your login details and accounts secure, and tell us promptly about anything that looks wrong.
05

Payments

Fees, deposits and payment milestones are set out in your quote or proposal. Payments are due as stated there. We may pause work on a project while an agreed payment is overdue. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins or licences are separate unless the quote says otherwise.

06

Reviews and revisions

You will have the chance to review the website and request changes before launch. The number of revision rounds included is agreed in your proposal. Once you approve the final version and the website goes live, further changes are treated as new work or covered by an agreed support arrangement.

07

Ownership and portfolio

Once your project is paid for in full, you own the custom website content and design created for you. Open-source code and third-party tools remain under their own licences. Unless we agree otherwise, ArcKode may show the finished work, and a short description of it, in our portfolio and marketing. Tell us if you would rather we did not.

08

Third-party services

Websites often rely on services we do not control, such as domain registrars, hosting, payment gateways, analytics and email providers. Their terms and availability are outside our control, and we are not responsible for outages or changes they make.

09

Using this website

You may browse and share this website for lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, copy it as your own, or use it to send spam or harmful content. The ArcKode name, logo, design and written content belong to ArcKode and may not be reused without permission.

10

Disclaimers

We work carefully and aim for reliable, well-built websites, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific business results such as search rankings, traffic or sales. Information on this website is general in nature and is provided as is.

11

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ArcKode is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

12

Ending a project

Either side may end a project by telling the other in writing. You will pay for work completed and costs incurred up to that point. Anything already paid for stays yours once settled in full.

13

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We always prefer to settle disagreements by talking first; if that does not work, the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh will have jurisdiction.

14

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies when you use the site.
